Nancy J. Roderick (NJR) received her cosmetology license in 1986 and worked as a stylist in an assisted living community in Houston, Texas. During her tenure there, she gathered a network of friends and contacts. Two years later, this allowed her to open her own company, NJR Salon Management. Nancy expanded the business to include 7 states and 45 communities.

Terri Bippert, Nancy's daughter, worked alongside Nancy since 1998 learning the day-to-day operations, allowing a seamless transition when Nancy retired in 2020. Terri is now the owner of NJR Salon Management, LLC.

Faith Bippert, Terri's daughter, graduated from Texas Tech University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and shortly after joined NJR Salon Management, LLC as a Marketing Director.

Our Mission is two-fold:

First, NJR Management believes that dignity is the cornerstone of our client experience. We aim to make our elderly clientele feel their best by looking their best. We deliver this via top-quality salon services, which is rendered by caring professionals who love working with the elderly population they serve. Care, compassion, and respect are the foundation of our services.

Second, our aim is to set up full-service salons in independent living, assisted living, continued care retirement homes, elder care, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities. You provide the space, and we take care of the rest. We provide everything a salon needs for success, including staff and billing systems. We can even build in a pricing structure that allows for income to our host communities.
